{"id":592,"date":"2023-03-09T17:09:36","date_gmt":"2023-03-09T17:09:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clntranslations.teclan.org\/lago-ness\/"},"modified":"2023-04-07T14:08:02","modified_gmt":"2023-04-07T13:08:02","slug":"lago-ness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/guides.cruiselochness.com\/es\/lago-ness\/","title":{"rendered":"Lago Ness"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Lago Ness es parte del Great Glen formado por una l\u00ednea de falla geol\u00f3gica que discurre desde debajo del Mar del Norte, en el nordeste, hasta el borde de la plataforma del Atl\u00e1ntico en el suroeste, dividiendo Escocia en dos.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Las rocas que forman las Highlands, las Tierras Altas de Escocia, se crearon hace m\u00e1s de quinientos millones de a\u00f1os en los mares tropicales c\u00e1lidos, al Sur del Ecuador. Hace aproximadamente cuatrocientos millones de a\u00f1os, los continentes de Am\u00e9rica del Norte y Europa colisionaron ocasionando que se formara una cadena monta\u00f1osa enorme. Estas monta\u00f1as se denominan Caledonians.   Cuando la l\u00ednea de falla del Great Glen se form\u00f3 veinte millones de a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, las monta\u00f1as que se encontraban al norte de lago se desplazaron 65 millas (unos 100 kil\u00f3metros) hacia el suroeste formando un valle enorme <\/p>\n\n<p>Finalmente, Am\u00e9rica del Norte acab\u00f3 desplaz\u00e1ndose, el Atl\u00e1ntico se abri\u00f3 y a medida que los continentes entraban en las latitudes septentrionales, atrajeron la gran era glacial, de manera que nuestras enormes monta\u00f1as escarpadas fueron fruto de la erosi\u00f3n hasta convertirse en los farallones que pueden observarse a ambos lados durante nuestro viaje de hoy <\/p>\n\n<p>Al terminar la \u00faltima era glacial hace aproximadamente doce mil a\u00f1os, el Lago Ness se llen\u00f3 de agua dulce y adopt\u00f3 la forma que tiene hoy en d\u00eda. Aunque pronto aparecieron la vegetaci\u00f3n y los \u00e1rboles, la mayor\u00eda de estos fueron talados durante la \u00e9poca medieval para producir carb\u00f3n vegetal que se usaba en la fundici\u00f3n y los pinares que se pueden ver hoy, son especies de alerce, abetos de Douglas, abetos Sitka, abetos noruegos e incluso secoyas que fueron introducidas posteriormente.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Nuestro \u00fanico pino aut\u00f3ctono, el pino silvestre, puede verse en reservas naturales como en Glen Affric. Las turberas ti\u00f1en la lluvia haciendo que las aguas del lago sean muy oscuras.<\/p>\n\n<p> El lago mide unas 23 millas de largo, aproximadamente una milla de ancho y 754 pies de profundidad; es decir, mide unos 35 kil\u00f3metros de largo, un kil\u00f3metro y medio de ancho y unos 230 metros de profundidad.
